Green Season Travel Quotation Terms

Quotation Terms
While we endeavor to provide itineraries and prices with the utmost precision, the booking that may follow based on this quote may be different. Therefore, please take note of the following terms, in which some of the consequences and limitations of the quote provided by Green Season Travel we make it clear to the recipient of the quote receiver / our customer.

Validity
The quote is valid for 30 days from the date of sending, unless the other validity is specifically mentioned. Unless accepted within the period of validity as mentioned, the quotation provided is null and void. Any reference to an expired quote is entirely at the risk of the recipient Limitations. Rates and Currency
All rates are based on a per person basis and inclusive of current VAT and service charges. Rates are either in US Dollars or Euro or Kyats as indicated in the quote.

Flights
Flight tariffs are subject to change by the airlines at any moment. Tickets are issued by Green Season Travel only if explicitly mentioned in the itinerary and/or in the including/excluding section. Unless a carrier is specified, we reserve the right to choose the most suitable carrier at the time of booking.

Green Season Travel Terms and Conditions

Our general terms and conditions apply when the quotation turns into a booking.

Alteration of Itinerary

Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are happily processed free of charge. All expenses incurred by Green Season Travel in alteration of the booking are the responsibility of the customer. This includes all fees and charges levied by third parties such as cruise operators, airlines and hotels.

Insurance
Green Season Travel is an inbound travel agency; therefore, it will not be possible to arrange any insurance for the clients. We advise them to contact an insurance company in the country of residence. However, it is possible to let us act as an intermediary link between the client and their insurance company. We highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from your country of origin.

Complaints and Claims
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service Green Season Travel has provided, please notify your local tour guide or your travel advisor to avoid the potential for similar problems happening again during your trip. In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you must inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 14 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim. Green Season Travel will not be liable for any claims made later than 14 days after the completion of your tour.

Communications 
You can contact us via the web form from Green Season Travel, email, or phone. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from Green Season Travel in regard of your tour status within 48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, please contact Green Season Travel customer service center at greenseasontravel@gmail.com or phone at (+95 9420016634) immediately to ensure that we are able to deal with your enquiry in accordance with the terms of our Terms and Conditions.

Liability and Responsibility
Green Season Travel provides tour information and Myanmar tour bookings. Green Season Travel publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies& operators. Green Season Travel will not be responsible for
errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers. We shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Green Season Travel.

We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Green Season Travel’s control. Neither Green Season Travel nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes.

We is not responsible for a clients’ failure to comply with customs regulations.

We is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.

Many of Green Season Travel tour packages include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Green Season Travel, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after it said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

Green Season Travel reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.

Modification or Discontinuance of Service 
Green Season Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue service to clients who behave illegally or objectionably toward its employees and agents. Offensive behavior includes behavior which is obscene, racially offensive or of a sexual nature.

Breaches of these terms and conditions
Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending the whole trip or any services you’ve booked through us, and bringing court proceedings against you.

Payment and Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the tour value or US$ 300 per person by credit card or bank transfer plus bank charges (processing fees) is required upon confirmation of your booking (If this amount is less than US$500, we would suggest you to pay us in full before you arrive). Once a deposit is received it is understood that you have read, understood and accepted all our Terms and Conditions. The remaining balance of the tour value (70%) is due 1 month before your arrival in Myanmar, payable by bank transfer or online credit card payment again. Cash payment upon arrival is acceptable only last-minute booking and when we can feel trust from the customers only.

Payment Mode
Green Season Co., Ltd accepts payments through; wire transfer and & credit cards’. Credit card holders can use American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit card to pay the amount. On-line credit card payment system is widely used and is safe. Except our service
provider, your credit card details will not be shared with anyone. Once you are through with bookings such as hotel rooms, transportation, etc., all the transaction details will be sent to you. In addition to the amount billed, an extra service tax of 5 % will be added to your billed
amount.

Online card Payments
Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. In approximately 25-30 seconds (depending on your internet connection) your bank will issue, using the online payment gateway, an authorization code and confirmation of completion of transaction.
Note: 
In some cases, your transaction may be not successful due to:
– In correct card information

– Not enough credit balance (daily or monthly)
– Your card has not been activated for online payment. You should contact the Issuer Bank for the card activation.

In case you input correct card information but you did not receive the transaction result from the payment gateway or from us. At that time, we reserve the right to hold your bookings and require another method of payment. Please do not try to make other payment. Contact us to get the transaction result and confirmation of the order.

Payment security
Green Season Co., Ltd ensures that every transaction you conduct online is in a safe and secure environment. The process of encryption
takes your credit card information and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet. This scrambled data cannot
be read as the information travels over the Internet. Your credit card details may be shared with our service providers or vendors to the extent
deemed necessary.

We want you to feel confident about using Green Season Co., Ltd to plan and purchase your travel tickets, so we are committed to protecting the information we collect. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure correct use of information, we will employ reasonable and current Internet security methods and technologies.

Any information which is specifically mentioned by Green Season Co., Ltd as Confidential shall be maintained confidentially by the user and shall not be disclosed unless as required by law or to serve the purpose of this agreement and the obligations of both the parties therein.

Cancellation & Amendments: 

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Myanmar, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen.
In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below:

• More than 35 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us (30% of tour value) will act as your cancellation fee to cover hotel charges and organization fees. (Because to book accommodations and domestic flight tickets for your tour, we need to pre pay for all hotels and airlines as in your itinerary)
• 21 – 35 days prior to departure: 60% on total value of the Tour Cost charged, due to hotel charges for no-shows and organizing fees.
• Within 1-21 days prior to departure: 100% on total charged.
• No-Show: 100% on total charge.
After the trip has commenced, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services due to your willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours.

Special Notes: 
• You need to pay more if the cancellation of a member in your tour group causes the change of the Tourist Class.

Child Discount Policy 

– Children 0-2 years old: Free of charge for the accommodation when sharing the same bed with parents. Child fares for the flight tickets will apply.
– Children 2-12 years old: 20% discount on adult price
– Children 12 years up: 0% discount and are treated as adults
